Terms & Conditions

1. The images, information, logo, etc. found on this website are the copyrighted property of @Shagu’s Jewellery. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials will result in legal action.


2. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days if all items are in stock. If any items are not ready, it may take 15-20 days for them to be made before the package can be dispatched. Customers will be notified of any delay in their order.


3. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which the customer will be responsible for paying, if applicable.


4. Shipping is free within India, but for international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package and will be added to the order total.


5. To ensure the longevity of the jewelry’s polish, it is recommended to store it in a plastic box or the provided box, wrapped in cotton. Avoid exposing the jewelry to perfume, soap, water, and prolonged air exposure.


6. For returns within India, customers must contact us on +91 630319968 through call/ WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, providing a valid reason / acceptable justification for the return. 


7. For international returns, customers must contact us ( +91 6303199968 / contact@shagusjewellery.com )within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, providing a valid reason/ acceptable justification for the return. The return must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN/REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Though we discourage return or exchange behavior due to our bitter past experiences in it, however, in extraordinary circumstances we are open to it.

Please note that order cancellation is allowed until the product is not dispatched from the source location, which is normally 24 hours from the time the order is confirmed/placed. Refund against return is accepted in extremely rare circumstances. In both scenarios, the refund will be streamlined outside the system and will be arranged through mutual consent between buyer and seller.

Shagu’s Jewellery Exchange Policy allows customers to request an exchange if they have a valid reason. The company holds the right to accept or deny the exchange request based on their evaluation. If approved, customers can choose to exchange the item for another of the same price or receive a price coupon for future use.

Customers must report their exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and the jewellery must be unused and in its original packaging. The exchange process may take up to 15-25 days to complete.

Appearance of color

Please note that the appearance of the jewelry’s color may slightly vary from the original shade due to the translucent nature of the stones used. Shagu’s Jewellery strives to provide accurate pictures of the jewelry without any filters.

Defect / Damaged Delivery

In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged delivery, customers should notify the company within 24 hours. The company will provide guidance on the next steps, which may include a replacement for the same item or choosing another item of the same price. If a replacement is not available, customers will receive a price coupon for future purchases.

In case if any Pearl/ Stone/ Polki comes out

If any Polki/Stone/Pearl comes off the jewelry, customers can contact/email us at contact@shagusjewellery.com for assistance. The company will provide guidance on repair options or the necessary steps to be taken. For damaged shipping, customers should contact the company immediately for assistance.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer can send the item to the company’s address and will also be responsible for covering the cost of sending the exchanged product back again.

Return  shipping costs within India will be covered by Shagu’s Jewellery. 

However, for international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer can send the item to the company’s address and will also be responsible for covering the cost of sending the exchange product back again.
